Cleanse + Flow

This is the anterior opener treatment.

This treatment aims to open up restriction through the anterior body. With so much forward posture movement-- think phone use, computer use, side sleeping- everything we do is in FRONT OF US causing our anterior chain to become short and restricted. Also, because of this- the vagus nerve becomes restricted. This treatment aims to open up energy channels to increase blood flow, circulation, move lymph, release fascial restriction, improve posture, improve digestive motility, helps with restricted breathing AND SO MUCH MORE!!

If you're feeling shortened, and restricted anteriorly- closed off energetically, angry, or sad -- this treatment is for you!!

I look forward to opening you up and expanding your field of receptivity. <3
