WHAT TO BRING? A yoga matt, a blanket, pillow or bolster to make yourself more comfy. Wear comfortable clothes with layers.

CAUTION: Anyone with high blood pressure, pacemakers, or any other severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions will need adjustments through the class, and will not be advised to perform some of the breathing exercises. Pregnant woman can join, with some adjustments that will be made for them. Please let us know if you have any allergies prior to your arrival.

SOMATICS & SERENITY

This treatment is required if you are new to the clinic. This can be applied to any of our treatments available.

Kendra will make you a tea, and we will get cozy. We will begin by doing a thorough discussion of your health history & assessment if necessary. If you don't fill out your forms prior to arriving we will do this together. This treatment allows your practitioner to get to know you. and what your intentions for treatment are. A physical assessment may be necessary. After discussion you will get on the table for treatment. The practitioner will instruct you to get off the table once treatment is complete. The practitioner will discuss with you home care recommendations & follow up treatment.

Please bring your insurance information to this appointment if you wish to use it. 
You are required to pay up front for treatment, but Kendra will put your insurance through and they will re - imburse you.

First Visit- Initial Treatment

This is a therapeutic relaxation Massage Therapy Treatment.

Yang Massage Therapy Treatment

Use this 120 minutes to completely rebalance and restore your, mind, body and spirit. 

Your practitioner will be able to accomplish great alignment and released with this time frame. If you are in need of a complete overhaul, choose this treatment option.

The Overhaul Massage Therapy Treatment

This session is a guided breath-work session with Kendra. Kendra uses various breathing techniques along with music + energetics to bring about profound release in her patients. 

This option is best suited for patients whose bodies are holding onto a lot of stress, tension & restriction. Anyone who is looking to overcome fears, anxieties, & chronic worry. This work is also quite profound for those looking to heal from trauma.

Reiki is used for healing any ailment in the body including physical, emotional, spiritual or mental pain. It can also be used to help enhance or further your own spiritual path. 

Reiki will balance the energy distribution in your body.

Partial time will be spent in discussion. The rest of the time will be spent with you on the table receiving hands on energy medicine(Reiki) Oracle cards may be pulled, healing stones may be incorporated. Specific music will be chosen for you. Intuitive messages may be shared. Smudging or sound bathing may be incorporated. Energy work is highly intuitive so your Healer will flow with the waves of their intuition.

Reiki + Restore ( w/ Kendra )

A full face, scalp, jaw, chest and neck treatment. This treatment also includes the intentional use of energy medicine. Feel your stress dissipate and your mind relax as you drift into a deep state of bliss with this unique treatment. Highest grade essential oils used with every treatment.

This treatment is wonderful for relieving sinus congestion, TMJ disorders, neck tension, headaches, migraines, & an overactive mind, dizziness, stress, & anxiety. 

SPIRITUALLY & ENERGETICALLY this treatment will open the third eye, crown and throat chakra, however Reiki will always flow where it needs to go so other Chakras may be affected as well.

Essential oils will be used during this treatment, as well as other speciality healing medicines chosen by your practitioner.

For the 75 minute option we also will include the arms & diaphragm.

Minds Eye Medicine

**THIS IS LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE TREATMENT.**

Your practitioner will discuss with you your goals for treatment; possibly conduct an assessment, and then give you time to get onto the table.

For this treatment you will begin on your back, in a supine position. Your practitioner with begin by opening up the drainage points of the lymphatic system. There will be some shaking/rocking, lymphatic flushing and drainage techniques used. Some access to the neck and face, chest wall, underarms, abdominal cavity and upper inner thigh is required for this treatment to achieve full benefit of the lymphatic drainage.

For the 90 minute treatment there may be some "regular" massage therapy techniques as well, which further helps to cleanse the Lymphatic System.

Cleanse + Flow

This is a 1:1 intuitive guided stretching/ breath work session.

This treatment will be held in the Buddha room on a mat. It is a combination of active and passive guided stretching. Reiki will be used throughout this sessions to help balance chi. Breathe work will be guided to help release tension and restriction- relaxing the nervous system. Aromatherapy may be incorporated to increase relaxation and encourage stress relief. This treatment is amazing for mobility, increasing blood flow and circulation, releasing fascial adhesions and increasing RANGE OF MOTION!! STRETCH + UNWIND

This is my new curated energy alignment treatment.

Choose this treatment if you need a complete overhaul of your energetic system.
