Please arrive 5 minute before your treatment time begins.

Your practitioner will discuss with you your goals for treatment; possibly conduct an assessment, and then give you time to get onto the table.

For this treatment you will begin on your back, in a supine position. Your practitioner with begin by opening up the drainage points of the lymphatic system. There will be some shaking/rocking, lymphatic flushing and drainage techniques used. Some access to the neck and face, chest wall, underarms, abdominal cavity and upper inner thigh is required for this treatment to achieve full benefit of the lymphatic drainage.

For the 90 minute treatment there may be some "regular" massage therapy techniques as well, which further helps to cleanse the Lymphatic System.
