“The King” is a 120 minute fully embodied elevated therapeutic treatment- designed for the man carrying the weight.

This is a deeply restorative, holistic experience that allows time for full body integration, targeted therapeutic work, nervous system regulation, and deeper healing on both a physical and energetic level.

Using a combination of deep tissue therapeutic techniques, guided breathwork, aromatherapy, passive movement, energy work, lymphatic support, and holistic bodywork — this session is tailored entirely to your body’s individual needs.

Whether you’re navigating chronic stress, burnout, injury, emotional heaviness, mental fog, physical pain, or accumulated tension within the body, this treatment is designed to help you slow down, release, reset, and reconnect to yourself.

Multiple targeted areas can be worked on throughout the session, while also creating space for deep relaxation, restoration, and full body recovery. Cupping therapy may also be incorporated if appropriate and desired.
