No Show/ Cancellation Policy
Description
We require 48 hours minimum notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours there will be a charge of 100$ that must be paid until you can return for treatment. This cannot be paid through insurance. Depending on the reason for reschedule, we may offer a 7 day grace period to re book your appointment.
