We require 48 hours minimum notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours there will be a charge of 100$ that must be paid until you can return for treatment. This cannot be paid through insurance.

Depending on the reason for reschedule, we may offer a 7 day grace period to re book your appointment.

No Show/ Cancellation Policy

This treatment is required if you are new to the clinic. This can be applied to any of our treatments available.

We will begin by doing a thorough discussion of your health history & assessment if necessary. If you don't fill out your forms prior to arriving we will do this together. This treatment allows your practitioner to get to know you. and what your intentions for treatment are. A physical assessment may be necessary. After discussion you will get on the table for treatment. The practitioner will instruct you to get off the table once treatment is complete. The practitioner will discuss with you home care recommendations & follow up treatment.

First Initial Visit- Massage Therapy Treatment

This is a therapeutic relaxation massage using traditional swedish techniques with light to moderate pressure. Designed for deep relaxation, relieving stress and tension.
**Aromatherapy is included at no extra cost.

Yin Massage Therapy Treatment

This is a therapeutic massage using deep tissue and trigger point techniques. Designed to address specific areas of discomfort to relieve chronic muscle related pain or tightness, stiff joints, persistent knots, or treating scar tissue and improving flexibility after injury. (3-6 months after initial injury)
**Aromatherapy is included at no extra cost.

Yang Massage Therapy Treatment

During treatment you can expect various sized cups, made of plastic or silicon, to be placed or moved on specific points of the body, depending on the individual’s treatment goals. With a manual pump or by hand, a suction effect lifts the skin, muscles and underlying tissues.
This decompression treatment offers a variety of benefits, and typically is used for detoxification, improving circulation, reducing the appearance of scars or stretch marks, relieving muscle or joint related pain, enhancing flexibility and range of motion.
Contractions:
Not recommend for individuals with severe anemia, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), cardiovascular disease, bleeding/clotting disorders, if taking blood thinner medication, skin infections, lesions, or rashes, during pregnancy or severe chronic diseases.

Dry Cupping Massage Therapy

During treatment you can expect the smooth warm stones to be used in a combination of placement on specific points of the body, to provide deep heat therapy, and used directly to deliver soothing therapeutic techniques, applied with or without pressure.
This treatment, while offering a deep relaxing effect, is often also used for relieving stress, tension or easing chronic muscle related pain or tightness.
Contraindications:
Not recommended for individuals with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, open wounds, sunburn), recent surgery/injury, neuropathy conditions.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

During treatment you can expect a combination of soothing, relaxing and invigorating technique’s that focuses on the head, face, neck and shoulders. Applied with warm oil, infused with specifically chosen essential oils, and ending with a hot towel treatment.
Often used to alleviate stress, tension, headaches and migraines, fatigue, insomnia or sinus issues. While also improving circulation, lymphatic drainage and hair health.
Recommended:
Schedule appointment when you don’t have to go to work or an event immediately after. The oil is applied to the scalp and hair for nourishing properties, and is best to leave in for several hours or over night.
Contraindications:
Not recommended for individuals with fever, active cold or sinus infection, recent neck related injuries, eczema, psoriasis, infections skin conations.
