We require 24 hours minimum notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a charge of 100$ that must be paid until you can return for treatment. This cannot be paid through insurance.

Depending on the reason for reschedule, we may offer a 7 day grace period to re book your appointment.

PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY. 

Wear loose fitting clothing for ease of movement on the table.

 First appointment will start by going over your health history forms filled out prior to the appointment. It is mandatory that you fill out the forms beforehand. In any case that you are unable to, we will go over them in detail together. Hailey can provide an explanation on what osteopathic manual therapy is and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The practitioner will start treatment, consisting of various applications of techniques, based on principles, that are most applicable towards best benefiting you. Once treatment is complete, the practitioner will instruct you to get off the table and discuss follow up treatment. At any point you can decide if Osteopathy is the right course of action suited for your health, Hailey will always honor your consent!

 ***NOTE: This is a 45-minute time slot to have adequate time to go over health history forms and address any questions. Treatment itself will be 20 minutes or under***

 Payment will be through cash, credit, debit or visa at the time of the treatment. Emailed receipt will be given for you to personally bill to your insurance.

Initial 45 Minute Osteopathic Treatment

 Follow up appointments can consist of Hailey asking how your body responded from previous treatments and address any current physical complaints before proceeding. Every treatment is a gradual process to realign the structural framework of the body to improve motion and blood flow for the body to heal itself. This means that treatment frequency, intensity, and duration is uniquely individualized to the patient. Hailey will be able to determine a treatment plan based on the results and changes of your body from each treatment.
